I was in a similar situation as you and had to use this firm. H1B filing experience was fine but the entire GC process and filing was not a good experience at all. There were days I had to call the paralegal and teach him the new immigration laws and that's never a good sign ! Because of their mistake I was stuck in Eb3 rather being in Eb2. May be they will deal differently with your case but have a chat with them and your company managers before you agree to use them. I m with another company and another attorney firm and they are awesome !

agree with the intrigue. might be more readily apparent if more of the foreground were included. but maybe the mystery is part of it. it held my attention til i figured it out too.

The USCIS Webmaster has returned to work. His EAD must have expired on Friday hence the site must have gone down, but the new one is approved and hence the site is up.

Are you kidding me - why are there no stop gap measures/short term fixes asked for all the high skilled folks stuck in retrogression for the very reasons outlined in this letter. This is politics at its best -

Hi all:
I entered the country on Advance Parole and so now I am on EAD status because of that.
I am on my 8th year of extension. My H1B was valid till 2009 but now it is not because of my EAD. Its been more than a year since I applied for 485 and My I-140 has been approved.
Q.1 Can I join another employer based on a new H1B so as to reinstate my H1B status? I plan to file for AC21 if I change employers.
Q.2 Can I apply for a new H1B with my CURRENT employer based on my current job?
I would really appreciate your input.

I have received my FP notice one month back and have my appointment scheduled for next tuesday. I haven't received my wife and daughter's FP notice yet. (my daughter is 7 years old)
I called USCIS 2 to 3 times and finally 10 days back they told me that my wife and daughter’s appointment also set for same date as mine and he was not sure why they have not sent me notice yet. USCIS Rep told me that he is going to send me a copy. I haven't received copy yet as of today. I called USCIS again yesterday but they couldn’t see if notice has been sent or not.
I have checked with post office and they haven't received anything either.
I am planning to go to ASC with my family and will see if they could take FP for them along with me. USCIS also suggested same but they can't guarantee if ASC will take it or not.
Has anyone experienced this before? Please let me know if you have any suggestions. Thank you!

But you may be able to apply for transfer and 3 year extension with the new employer after you get your I-140 approval. Pls check with your lawyer.

ie., I got One on Mar 18th and the othe LUD on Mar 25. What dows this mean.
Can somebody clarify...
It seems that whenever they open file a LUD is generated, e.g.
..FP done
..FP Oked
..I sent docs for e-filed EAD, when they received they put a LUD
Soft LUD is happening amounts to some activity happening with file/case.
ie., I got One on Mar 18th and the othe LUD on Mar 25. What dows this mean.

Techically, you can't use Employer A stamping as you never worked in US.
You can give a try but not before october 2010 as the employer B petition is valid only from october 1 2010.
